The Phantom of the Opera was in Base Switzerland for two and a half years. It premierd in Basel in October of 1996 with Florain Schnider as the Phantom Ute Baum as Christine, Bjorn Olsson as Raoul and Kimilee Bryant as the Christine Alternate. The show did 6 German performances a week and 2 English. The production ran for about 2 1/2 years.
